   The bought Bluewater TV Cable, which was the pimary provider in Goderich and   
   the surrounding area.  So, yes, their plan seems to be acquiring affordable   
   cable franchises (e.g. they may have been interested in acquiring Aurora   
   Cable but not been able to compete with Rogers, who serve the surrounding   
   area and is reported to have been making offers on the company for years.)   
      
   And, yes, I do know someone who has Bluewater^h^h^h^h^h^h^h^h^hEastlink   
   Cable TV and they have never said much about it (good or bad) about it other   
   than noting the company name change.  That said, in any area where Eastlink   
   had acquired an existing operator, it could be years before they have a   
   significant effect on the customer service in the area.
