   Before you contact the guy, you gotta ask yourself, is this someone whose   
   server (or whose customer's server) has been hacked and he'll be   
   appreciative to know about it and fix it, or is this a spammer who will use

   that the contact info is even honest, accurate, and up-to-date) to make your   
   life miserable for daring to challenge his business of making money by   
   filling millions of peoples' inboxes?
