   As Canadians, we can't help but shake our head about how the white-black   
   race problem that you americans have is consuming your country.  We   
   don't exactly have that same racial divide up here.  The relatively   
   small number of blacks that we do have seem to cause a disproportionate   
   amount of crime.  I believe the same is true in the US.
