   Since Tek Savvy knows who these customers are, and since TS has sent   
   them all letters, I wonder if TS could have set up a protected, private   
   forum and handed out individual username/password to these people via   
   the letters.  This would allow them (and only them) to interact   
   anonymously and privately with each other.  Did anyone think of doing   
   that?
