   This is debatable by non humans (aka: lawyers).  At this stage, the   
   debate is limited to whether the data provided by Canipre is good enough   
   to be considered evidence which would force TSI to release identities of   
   customer so that Voltage could take them to court.

   This might jeoperdize its status as a "friend of the court" neutral   
   party. I know they have refused money.

   No none. In fact, from what I heard, none paid to have a lawyer present   
   to hear what was going on.

   From what I have heard through the grapevine, Teksavvy has provided the   
   means to help those suspects discuss the issue privatly.
