   As long as ISPs get financial compensation for the work to correlate IP   
   to customer, it is not in their interest to spend mega lawyer dollars to   
   defend themselves. Remember that this isn't Voltage vs Teksavvy, it is   
   Voltage vs John Doe.   
      
   The concern for ISPs is to make sure that troll requests do not multiply   
   and bog down ISPs. But they can't prevent reasonable requests.
