   Unless I get the list of IP addresses and the other data collected by   
   Canipre, there is no way to make an educated opinion on the quality of   
   the data. (in particular Canipre says it was able to extract only IPs of   
   Ontario residents (which can't be done) or the list of BitTorrent   
   (capitalisation theirs) networks they monitored..   
      
   Although nobody monitors this newsgroup, one also has to be careful   
   about giving Voltage laywers a preview of the types of arguments CIPPIC   
   might come up with.
