   So far no usable responses from the Shaw online techs.   
      
   Among other silly things, they're telling me to buy drives that their own   
   Website says are incompatible with my PVR. Plus they want me to drive to   
   Alberta from Ontario to get those incompatible drives.   
      
   Are Bell and Rogers just as clueless?
