hey here is a solution : free static ip if you want to run a server.   
   (just submit a formal request and you will be given a fixed)  most people dont   
   need a fixed anyway even geeks.   
      
   im not really ok with blocking ports but if you do, dont charge people for   
   wanting static to run small servers.   
      
   unfortunatly this is a bisness then its only natural that it would try to line   
   their pockets.
