From: Tony@TheDeliKing.com              This is false. It is trespassing if you have posted signage every 75       feet OR a fence (can be as little as a line of tape or wire) OR if you       let them know they need to leave your property.              That said, access to easements does not just mean access to the strip       they are placing lines in - they cannot place lines elsewhere but they       can move around your property as long as it is in service of the task       they are performing. If the tech takes a break on your porch or       something that is something you can call the police for, if you're so       inclined, but they'll give him a warning at best.              I would take pictures of your landscaping/any damage that was done, and       do the same once the tech is done (video of the tech can't hurt either).       In the spring hire someone to repair the damage and send the bill to       Bhell. If they don't pay, take your evidence to small claims court and       get your money that way.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
