   She got the job, because she was the best candidate. She will be looking for   
   ways to elevate he national crisis that we are having because we don’t have   
   enough members to police the country. Calls that should take minutes take   
   hours, the detachments    
   are understaffed, and disillusioned with their jobs. There is literally no one   
   to take over for sick calls, the majority of members suffer from PTSD, but the   
   old boys club doesn’t want to hear it. So the members suffer in silence. I   
   wish her the best    
   of luck, but I would not want to be in her position or rank.    
   Dealing with the opposite sex will be hard enough, but when most is them   
   suffer from untreated mental illnesses, I fear she won’t make a difference.    
   ALPHA MALES,  hate having a woman as their superior, and they will do anything   
   to undermine a woman who is in a powerful position.
