   You are hereby instructed to comply with this letter immediately or face legal   
   action under the applicable Federal and Provincial law. I will also be sending   
   an this letter as an email to your latest known email address.   
      
   If you fail to comply with this Cease and Desist Letter, I may utilize   
   recording devices, links to Usenet postings to document conversations that you   
   may instigate in the future. Please give this very important letter the utmost
