   I don't think that's really a fix ... I was getting this so I rebooted   
   the PC (not the router). Problem went away but was back shortly after.   
   Looks like others are getting it too - probably a lot more who can't   
   get through to report.   
      
   I managed to get through by changing to the server   
   news2.on.sympatico.ca.   
      
   BTW-1: Anyone know of a way (in Netscape) of switching news servers but   
   keeping the old newsgroup selections (along with their stats).   
      
   BTW-2: what's the "sympatico-dial" bit in the error message. I'm on hse   
   not   
   dial.
