   Update after gettinZ the vaccine aboutZ 3 to 4 minutes later it felt   
   likeZ a horse had hoofed me. I shook it offZ due to my intense workouts   
   and training. Once I slugged back a 26-er of Seagram's whisky I felt   
   like a new man again. Will keep posting if I suddenly die.
