   Vladimir Putin should be the next world leader. I look forward to seeing   
   these disloyal Ukrainians being unmercifully slaughtered by their own   
   countrymen the Russians. Vladimir Putin says the Ukrainian pigs and dogs   
   will now address me as Mr. Putin. Like I've been saying all along
