   Senior PE Staffing Officer to assist in the conduct of a selection process   
   to fill two PM-05 - Complaints and Outreach Analyst positions located in our   
   Surrey BC office.   
      
      
      
   As well, the selection process will also be used to create a pool of   
   qualified candidates for future similar positions.  It is expected that this   
   will be an Open (to the public across Canada) selection process.   
      
      
      
   The Senior PE Staffing Officer will be working with the management team in   
   Ottawa.   
      
      
      
   Experience Requirements:   
      
      
      
     a.. Completed P110 (3 day course) Staffing for Experienced Staffing   
   Specialists for the Public Service Modernization Act.   
      
      
     a.. Wrote and successfully passed the Appointment Framework Knowledge Test   
   (AFKT).   
      
      
     a.. A minimum of ten years of staffing experience for positions at middle   
   and senior levels (with emphasis on the PM Group) for both open and closed   
   selection processes.   
      
      
     a.. Significant experience working with small agencies.   
      
      
     a.. Strong oral and written communications skills in both official   
   languages (Bilingual EEE).   
      
      
     a.. Proficient in the preparation of behaviour-based questions and probes   
   for interviewing.   
      
      
   Asset:   
      
      
      
     a.. Previous experience conduction selection processes for Public Safety   
   Canada.
