   Microtime IT is currently for an administrator with financial and/or   
   accounting experience.  The administrator must be able to assist management   
   in the development of performance measures on service standards and help in   
   the implementation of statistical sampling.   
      
   The qualifications are:   
   -15 years experience in the finance/accounting field (government or private   
   sector)   
   -At least 5 years experience in a managerial position   
   -Experience in the development of performance measures -Experience in   
   statistical sampling   
   -Accounting designation   
   -Language: bilingual   
   -Enhanced Government Security Clearance
