Our ideal candidate will have       excellent oral, written and customer service skills with the ability to       analyze and troubleshoot complex technical, product and warranty       inquiries/issues from customers, distributors, and field technicians in a       timely manner. The ability to conceptualize and rationalize problems, and to       think on your feet is mandatory as support services will be provided live by       phone, email, chat, and/or remote administration.              Required skills/qualifications:              To qualify for this role, you must 1+ year of help desk or customer support       experience in a technical environment, a good understanding of network       systems / TCP/IP, proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and       Outlook) and possess a diploma in IT or related field.
