   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
      
      
   We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our client's Identity Management   
   Project Team.  This is an exciting 12 month contract with possible extension   
   for individuals seeking a challenging IDM project involving enterprise   
   applications, disparate systems, authentication and single sign on, and   
   access management. We will consider candidates with Identity Management   
   Solution experience from vendors such as IBM Tivoli, Oracle IdM, Sun Java ES   
   Identity Management, Hitachi IMS, Microsoft IDAM, etc. and Open-Source.   
   Candidate will have or can acquire knowledge in the Identity Management   
   domain and guide the requirement gathering process for the entire program   
   through effective communication, analysis, and information gathering.   
   Candidate will work with business sponsors to understand and help define   
   requirements and translate them into technical deliverables across a wide   
   array of products and technologies though JAD sessions. Individual will   
   adhere to the requirements processes as well as SDLC to gather, write and   
   maintain Business & Functional Requirement Documents (BRD & FRDs) and act as   
   the SME for requirement issues for all phases of the SDLC, through prototype   
   review and functional requirement walkthroughs and transfer knowledge to   
   other teams such as training and document. To be considered for this role,   
   candidates must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and   
   have experience analyzing and defining business processes (UML),   
   articulating uses cases, and creating data models, process flows and   
   sequence diagrams. Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is   
   required. Identity Management Implementation experience is ideal.
