   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking an Access Developer to develop enhancements and to possibly   
   migrate our client's employee accrual & leave application to a web based   
   platform. Candidate will first need to understand the accrual & leave   
   application, develop enhancements required to support the day to day use and   
   reporting functionalities, and then investigate options for migration to a   
   web based solution and the appropriate technologies to be used suitable for   
   our client's technical environment and ease of maintenance. To be considered   
   for this contract, candidate must have 2+ years of Access development   
   experience (Access Forms or VBA for Access). Any experience working with   
   HR/employee related applications and/or migrating MS Access v2000-2005,   
   Forms and Reports to a web based platform would be ideal.
