   Demonstrated knowledge & experience that normally represents ten (10) years   
   of experience in the IT industry;   
      
   ·           Successful & progressive demonstrated experience that normally   
   represents six (6) years of demonstrated business transformation and process   
   improvement experience;   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience with end-to-end IT Service Management   
   process improvement projects (business and technical assessment,   
   improvements recommendation, and implementation).   
      
   ·           Demonstrated operational experience (minimum 1 year) with   
   service desks and incident management.   
      
      
      
   Experience   
      
      
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience developing technical architectures,   
   frameworks and strategies, to meet business and application requirements;   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience identifying the policies and   
   requirements that drive out a particular solution;   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience performing presentations to senior   
   management, clearly and concisely communicating issues, risks, options and   
   recommendations.   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience in documenting the design concepts that   
   are developed including high level implementation documentation; defining   
   time lines, steps required, mile stones, resources, equipment and software   
   requirements.   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience in process and performance improvement   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience in Financial Management (cost models,   
   return on investment and total cost of ownership analysis);   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience monitoring industry trends to ensure   
   that solutions fit with government and industry directions for technology;   
      
   ·           Experience with industry-leading IT Service Management solutions   
   (Infoman, Remedy, Service Center, Axios, etc.);   
      
   ·           Demonstrated experience in IT Security management
