      From: jonathan.mcleod@microtime-it.com              Microtime Inc is looking for an ATIP Senior Analyst for a government client.              Requirements, Tasks, Deliverables and Constraints                     The resource will perform the work in English.                            The resource must perform the work at the client's facility at 410 Laurier       Avenue West in Ottawa, ON.                            The resource must have a minimum of three years experience in processing       Access to Information and Privacy requests within six years of this call up.                            The resource will be expected to process requests under the Access to       Information Act and the Privacy Act.                            The resource will be expected to interpret simple and complex records and       identify information relevant to third parties, undertake consultations,       apply exemptions, obtain consent (when appropriate), and prepare related       analytical and file notes and correspondence. The analysis and document       preparation will be done at the rate of roughly 100 pages per day.                            The resource will:                             a.. Identify the information that may be disclosed or subject to       legislated exemptions to ensure that the disclosure of information is in       compliance with legal requirements;        b.. Lead consultations with other government agencies and third parties       (program partners) concerning perceived risks that may be associated with       the release of information found in CBSA files (that may have originated       from those program partners);        c.. Write memoranda and correspondences pertaining to the processing of       Access to Information and Privacy Act requests; and        d.. If required, explain the Agency's position in order to satisfy the       investigation on the correctness of the action taken by the Agency, and       negotiate a solution that the Information and/or Privacy Commissioners of       Canada, and the Agency deem satisfactory to resolve the complaint.                     An Understanding of the Access to Information and Privacy Acts are required       to efficiently process the requests.
