   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a JDE HR Functional Analyst to join our client's JDE 8.12   
   Upgrade Team. Applying his/her knowledge of HR process & best practices and   
   JD Edwards HR Suite features & functionality, candidate will interface with   
   our client's HR team to understand the business needs, gather & define   
   requirements, provide process mapping, and conduct fit/gap & cost/benefit   
   analysis to determine how best to implement available functionality offered   
   by JDE to meet business needs. We would like to assess/implement a   
   recruiting solution, leave administration and other additional   
   functionality. Vendor selection experience is ideal should a fit/gap   
   analysis conclude the implementation of alternative solution to be   
   integrated with our client's JDE ERP system. Thus candidate must have proven   
   capabilities in applying knowledge and prior experience to new and   
   challenging situations, and be able to oversee the review of detailed   
   functional specifications, test plans & user and operations documentation.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a JD   
   Edwards HR Functional Analyst with broad knowledge of HR Suite   
   functionality, workflow, and capabilities with HR, Payroll,   
   Benefits/Benefits Administration, Compensation, eModule Suite, Time &   
   Labour, etc. Individual will have excellent analytical, problem solving, and   
   communication & presentation skills. Candidate will be experienced in   
   facilitating and mapping present and future business processes and user   
   requirements, managing user expectations with finesse, and delivering   
   innovative solutions to address our client's needs and challenges.
