   Technical Writer   
   1.                  Work Description:   
                          Provide technical writing services to PMO PE. Tasks   
   will include:   
      
      
      
   i.         Expansion and completion of existing OceanSuite System Manual   
   based on existing source code.   
      
   ii.       Creation of OceanSuite User Manual   
      
   iii.      Creation of On-Line Help for OceanSuite   
      
   iv.     Maintenance activity for manuals and other documentation as   
   OceanSuite software develops.   
      
   v.       Other tasks as necessary   
      
   2.                  Contractor Qualifications:   
      
      
    a.     Knowledge:   
      
    i.       Extensive experience in writing and maintaining technical manuals   
   for software development projects (3+ years)   
      
    ii.     Detailed knowledge of C++ programming (2+ years)   
      
    iii.    Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) (2+ years)   
      
    iv.   Knowledge of software design, including UML (2+ years)   
      
    b.    Language: English   
      
    c.     Security: Enhanced Reliability
