      From: steve.forgie@microtime-it.com              1. Junior Human Resources Specialist familiar with the       Federal Public Service's staffing process to work with the project in       staffing up to 14 civilian positions required for the long-term support       needs of the project.                            Over 3 month contract starting end May, 2008                            TASKS                            2. The contractor shall complete the following tasks as       part of the team:                            a. Meet with other project personnel and identify the       requirements for these new positions.                            b. Coordinate with support organizations to ensure their needs       are being met for these new positions.                            c. Assist with the development of the project's staffing       strategy.                            d. Define merit criteria.                            e. Present the staffing process options to project management       along with recommendations.                            f. Choose and develop the appropriate assessment tools.                            g. Plan and document the assessment and selection processes that       will be used. The actual assessment itself will likely occur after the end       of this contract.                            h. Review/modify existing work descriptions or develop new ones       to suit the needs of the project.                            i. Coordinate the creation and classification (expected to be       from the CS, AS & PG classifications) of new positions, as required.                            j. Liaise with HR personnel to advance the staffing process and       ensure that the required work is being done.                            k. Effectively employ Microsoft Office suite products (Word,       Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) in execution of duties.                            l. Demonstrate sound oral and written communication skills.                            m. Present plans and progress to project management.                            n. Other related duties.                            DELIVERABLES                            3. The contractor shall provide the following deliverables       against this statement of work (SOW):                            a. Work descriptions, for up to 14 positions.                            b. Merit Criteria, for up to 14 positions.                            c. An assessment and selection process plan.                            d.
