   2 years experience with RUP and/or Iterative Development Methodology as well   
   as UML.   
      
      
      
   Description: Under the direction of the Project Authority, the Senior System   
   Analyst shall provide the following services and deliverables:   
      
     1.. Working with the Project Manager, in the role of Senior System Analyst   
   for the definition and documentation of a RUP-based software development   
   lifecycle.   
     2.. Communicate with IMTB's software development group and domain SMEs to   
   elicit, analyse, and select required processes and artefacts.   
     3.. Document processes currently being used in the different software   
   development domains and groups.   
     4.. Document artefacts currently being used in the different software   
   development domains and groups.   
     5.. Perform gap analysis between current, and desired artefacts and   
   processes.   
     6.. Define new integrated (when possible and useful) SLDC process for all   
   software development domains and groups.   
     7.. Document iteration definition principles for project managers.   
     8.. Create all artefact templates.   
     9.. Assist project manager in the definition and delivery of an   
   implementation plan.   
     10.. Assist the project manager in defining and executing an implementing   
   plan (communication, training, and putting in place).   
     11.. Provide a recommendation on tools to support the different areas of
