   Requirements:   
      
      
      
   Must have a university degree (Master's degree or above) in Commence,   
   Psychology, or Human Resource Management from a recognized university.   
      
      
      
   Must have a minimum of 4 years experience (over 16 years combined   
   experience) in each of the following:   
      
   . Organizational Change   
      
   . Coaching   
      
   . Performance Analysis (specifically organizational)   
      
   . Risk Management   
      
      
      
   Must have a professional certification in an area relevant to the Statement   
   of Work (for example, coaching, negotiating, organizational management,   
   relationship management, etc.) Copy of certificate to be provided.   
      
      
      
   English + Reliability Clearance Required
