   .                          Statement of Work (no more than five bullets)   
   Work collaboratively with technical resources to develop and implement   
   automated web-based Risk Assessment (RA) Tool to assess   
   applicant/recipient/submission risk for Grant & Contribution programs, which   
   must be integrated with 2 existing G&C systems (MCCS and Lotus-Notes G&Cs)   
      
   .                          Develop user help documentation related to RA   
   Tool for automation in online system and inclusion in G&C Standard Operating   
   Procedures   
      
   .                          Develop detailed Communication Plan, Training   
   Plan, and Roll-Out Plan for RA Tool implementation in all NCR and Regional   
   offices (i.e. for use by all G&C programs within Health Canada, Public   
   Health Agency of Canada, and Canadian Institutes for Health Research)   
      
   .                          Conduct pilot testing of RA Tool, conduct Focus   
   Groups to receive and analyse feedback, and revise RA Tool design,   
   procedures and/or training materials as appropriate   
      
   .                          Develop training materials for multiple audiences   
   and deliver training to NCR and Regional staff   
      
      
      
      
      
   .                          Experience Requirements   
      
      
      
   .                          Minimum 10 years risk management   
      
   .                          Minimum 5 years development and delivery of   
   training related to risk management and/or Grants & Contributions (G&Cs)   
      
   .                          Minimum 5 years experience with G&C management &   
   modernization   
      
   .                          Significant experience in the design, development   
   and implementation of automated tools and infrastructure related to G&C risk   
   management   
      
   .                          Internal audit of G&C programs   
      
      
      
      
      
   Language - English   
      
   Preferred Start Date - June
