   1- Statement of Work   
      
      
      
        The contractor shall:   
      
      
      
     a.. plan and oversee the successful rollout of online courses, online   
   assessments and upgrades of learning management systems   
     b.. ensure that hardware and software being changed is traceable, secure   
   and that only correct, authorised and tested versions are installed   
     c.. communicate and manage expectations of the customer during the   
   planning and rollout of new releases   
     d.. agree the exact content and rollout plan for the Release, through   
   liaison with stakeholders   
     e.. report on releases and initiatives status and progress   
     f.. define and implement project assurance and review methods   
     g.. maintain an IT project monitoring, measurement and management system   
     h.. build project schedules, communication and risk management plans   
     i.. assure the effective control of releases and projects.   
      
      
   2 -Requirement:   
      
      
      
        The contractor shall:   
      
      
      
     a.. Be available to work in the NCR.  No travel expenses will be   
   reimbursed   
     b.. Have excellent writing skills   
     c.. Have a valid Enhanced Reliability   
     a.. Be able to communicate effectively in English   
     b.. Minimum 2 years of demonstrated IT experience;   
     c.. Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating IM/IT projects or software   
   releases   
     d.. Experience planning, controlling and reporting on projects   
     e.. Certification at the Essentials level on the Information Technology   
   Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices concepts would be an asset.   
     f.. Certification in project management would be an asset.   
      
      
   5 - Security Requirements:   
      
   The proposed contractor must have a valid Enhanced Reliability security   
   clearance.   
      
      
      
   6 - Period of Contract   
      
         3 months
