   Microtime Inc has a government client looking for two Computer Application   
   Support Specialists to assist in the upgrade from Assyst version 6.5 to   
   Assyst version 7.5.   
   Knowledge:   
      
     a.. Knowledge of assyst enterprise service management software (including   
   assyst WEB(Net));   
     b.. Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Windows 2000 and MS XP desktop, as well as   
   MS Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory (AD);   
     c.. Knowledge of MS SQL 2000 and 2005.   
    Experience:   
      
     a.. Minimum of 2 years experience planning, installing and configuring   
   assyst enterprise service management software (including assyst WEB(Net)) in   
   large scale, complex environments, providing a minimum of incident   
   management, problem management and configuration management   
   practices/services;   
     b.. Recent (within the last 18 - 24 months) experience upgrading assyst   
   software with a major release, in a large scale, complex environment;   
     c.. Recent experience with Microsoft (MS) Windows 2000 and MS XP desktop,   
   as well as MS Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory (AD);   
     d.. Recent experience with configuring integrated authenticated logon   
   between assyst and MS Windows;   
     e.. Recent experience with MS SQL 2000 and MS SQL 2005.   
   This contract is English essential and requires a valid secret security   
   clearance.   
      
      
   The successful candidates will start no later than June 23, and these   
   contracts are expected to last approximately 65 days.
