   Our government client is looking for experienced Business Transformation   
   Architects to participate in their Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence   
   Initiative, assisting the project team in the development of comprehensive   
   planning documents for its Business Intelligence (BI) initiative.   
      
   Duties:   
      
   . Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors";   
   . Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process   
   development, process mapping and training;   
   . Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy   
   and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;   
   . Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities.   
   . Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational   
   re-structuring);   
   . Coordinate development of training and coordination with other   
   stakeholders.   
   . Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate   
   meetings and discussions;   
   . Provide or modify the business contextual details required to develop   
   systems to automate key business processes and will allow the proper   
   evaluation of the impacts of the new technology on the Business in order to   
   plan and design a successful implementation plan;   
   . Depict, through a series of models, diagrams and use cases the "As-IS" and   
   the "To-Be" Business process;   
   . Constant training and provision of guidance of junior staff who are   
   working on Project, which includes transfer of knowledge.   
      
   Mandatory Qualifications   
      
   . The candidate must have ten (10) years experience, working on projects   
   within the Public Sector;   
   . Proposed resource must have minimum of ten (10) years experience, working   
   on IM/IT initiatives for the Public Sector;   
   . The candidate must have minimum ten (10) or more years experience   
   designing approaches and methodologies related to Business Transformation,   
   which, address people, processes, technology, and organizational culture as   
   well as leveraging effective client processes and tools while enhancing   
   those that are not effective;   
   . The candidate must have minimum ten (10) or more years experience in   
   leading business requirements and visioning sessions including use case   
   development, facilitating stakeholder (internal and external) workshops,   
   one-on-one interviews and consultations, teleconferences, Joint Application   
   Development (JAD) sessions;   
   . The candidate must have minimum five (5) or more years experience   
   performing business analysis including assessing the impact of changing   
   business needs on existing systems, defining requirements and in documenting   
   the business requirements through a combination of text, models and   
   diagrams, including the 'As-Is' and the 'To-Be' business processes;   
   . The candidate must have minimum two (2) years of experience developing   
   Business Use Cases such as Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology for   
   business modeling and business requirements definition;   
   . The candidate must have Enhanced Government Security Clearance.   
      
   Other Qualifications:   
   . The candidate has demonstrated experience in the development of external   
   trade partners' data acquisition strategies and/or statement of   
   requirements;   
   . The candidate has a minimum of four (4) years of experience where direct   
   contact with border service personnel at ports, regions and headquarters   
   level, as well as government departments in another country, was necessary   
   to define and negotiate business and program requirements.
