   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a Business Analyst to assist our client with strategic,   
   tactical and operational information systems planning activities; conducting   
   projects to define strategic plans, outline major client requests, and lead   
   business-process reengineering projects; creating tactical information   
   systems plans; creating and maintaining process maps and documentation;   
   recommending projects for inclusion in budget; establishing and supporting   
   measurement and evaluation processes; acting as an agent of change in the   
   initiation and facilitation of strategic change to the business and its   
   supporting information systems.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidate must have 5+ yeas of business analysis and   
   process re-engineering experience, and be skilled in business case and   
   financial analysis. Individual will have a knack for soliciting and defining   
   business requirements and developing professional presentations, coupled   
   with an ability to incorporate IT industry trends where appropriate.   
   Mandatory: excellent facilitation, organizational and communication skills   
   and proficiency with MS Office and Visio.
