   Information Management (IM) Architect   
      
      
      
   1.       The resource must have a minimum of Ten (10) years' Hands-on   
   experience in IT, working as an IM Architect.   
      
   2.      The proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years'   
   experience providing project management services for at least two (2) medium   
   to large Business Intelligence projects.   
      
   3.      The proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years'   
   experience providing project management and technical services for at least   
   two (2) medium to large Business Intelligence projects spanning the entire   
   life cycle.   
      
   4.       The proposed resource must have worked on a minimum of three (3)   
   enterprise-wide Business Intelligence projects with mandate values of at   
   least $50M.   
      
   5.       The proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years   
   experience in IT/Business Process Strategic planning.   
      
   6.       The proposed resource must have managed a Business   
   Intelligence/Business Process Strategy project of greater than 6 months   
   duration for a large organization such as the Government of Canada within   
   the last two years.   
      
   7.       The proposed resource must have five (5) years experience working   
   in a data warehouse development or operational data store (ODS) environment.   
      
   8.       The proposed resource must have five (5) years experience working   
   with the COGNOS BI Suite of tools.
