   Microtime Inc requires a bilingual senior financial analyst with  a degree   
   from a recognized university with specialization in accounting, finance,   
   business administration, commerce or economics AND experience related to   
   positions in the Financial Management Group AND/OR Eligibility for a   
   recognized professional accounting designation (i.e., CA, RIA/CMA or CGA).   
      
   Requirements:   
      
   -At least 5 years experience in federal government financial management;   
   -Experience in conducting research, analyzing and interpreting financial   
   policies and procedures;   
   -Experience in preparing presentations and reports related to financial   
   policies or procedures;   
   -Experience in preparing briefing notes for senior management;   
   -Experience applying professional accounting and financial management   
   standards and practices in a government setting, including assessing the   
   effectiveness of internal financial controls, and the ability to apply this   
   experience in a changing work environment.   
   -Expereince in the production of internal departmental financial reports,   
   including analyzes of budgets, forecasts, year-to-date commitments,   
   variances and future plans as well as consolidation and analysis of   
   financial pressures.   
   -Experience in the development and presentation to Senior Management and   
   Central Agencies of: resource strategies; financial plans and supporting   
   documentation for submissions to the Treasury Board Secretariat and   
   Parliament including ARLU, Main and Supplementary Estimates, RPP, DPR   
   -Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
