   Microtime Inc. requires an Audit Project Manager to lead an internal audit   
   project with a government client.  He/She will examine and report on   
   compliance and appropriate management controls within the administration of   
   contracts that provide professional services to develop and implement   
   financial business system requirements. The project will be undertaken   
   during the period of August to November 28, 2008.   
      
      
      
   Education:   
      
   The résumé of the proposed individual must demonstrate graduation with a   
   degree from a recognized university, as well as certification of a   
   professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA) or an Internal Audit   
   designation (CIA)   
      
      
      
   Security:   
      
   The proposed individual must hold a valid government security clearance at   
   the Secret level.   
      
      
      
   Experience:    To be considered responsive, a résumé must clearly   
   demonstrate where, when and how the stated qualifications/experience were   
   acquired.  Résumés not meeting the mandatory qualifications will be given no   
   further consideration.   
      
   Mandatory Qualifications:         The résumé of the proposed individual must   
   demonstrate:   
      
   §          5 years of recent experience in conducting internal audits.   
      
   §          5 years of audit project management experience.   
      
   §          3-5 internal audit projects specifically related to procurement   
   activities.   
      
      
      
   Asset Qualifications:                  The résumé of the proposed individual   
   may demonstrate:   
      
   §          Work experience in Public Works and Government Services Canada.   
      
   §          In-depth knowledge of government contracting policies and   
   regulations.   
      
   §          Ability to work independently   
      
   §          Ability to communicate and to tactfully resolve issues.   
      
      
      
   Expected Duties:       Lead a project, which may consist of other auditors   
   in:   
      
   §          Conducting an Internal Audit and documenting the results   
   according to the Treasury Board Internal Audit Policy and Internal Auditing   
   Standards for the Government of Canada;   
      
   §          Preparing audit programs and planning documents;   
      
   §          Conducting and documenting audit interviews, if required;   
      
   §          Review and assessing contract documents;   
      
   §          Ensuring sufficient and appropriate evidence to support audit   
   findings, observations, and conclusions;   
      
   §          Completing audit working papers;   
      
   §          Drafting an audit report, as required   
      
   §          Reporting progress to Director.
