   Microtime requires an individual with a CMA qualification or other   
   professional financial designation, with recent (i.e., in the last three   
   years) and relevant experience in full-cost accounting and activity-based   
   costing in federal government programs preferably with learning/training   
   costing experience and experience working with the Canadian Forces.

   Statement of Work:   
   To determine the full costs of alternative service delivery options (i.e.,   
   traditional versus e-learning) for five to seven sample training courses;   
   To develop metrics for the benefits associated with the proposed alternative   
   (e-learning).   
      
   Estimated total number of days: 35 x 7.5 hour days
