   CANDIDATE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS   
      
      
      
   a)       Project Management certification or equivalent accrediting agencies   
   such as:  The Association for Project Management (APM), the International   
   Project Management Association (IPMA), Wave Technologies - IM/T project   
   management certification or Institutes of Learning offering project   
   management certification courses/accreditation. Proof of certification must   
   be provided with the proposal.   
      
   b)       Minimum of 10 years experience working as a Project Manager or 5+   
   years of experience with a recognized professional certification.   
      
   c)       Minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager or a business   
   analyst in a development or operational document management environment   
      
   d)       Minimum of 5 years experience as a PM with RDIMS core applications   
   (Hummingbird DM, and 1 of the following: ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM, Docs RM)   
      
   e)       ITIL Certification - Information Technology Infrastructure Library   
   Foundation (ITIL) qualified. Proof of certification must be provided with   
   the proposal   
      
   f)        Change Management Certification such as APMG or ASQ. Proof of   
   certification must be provided with the proposal   
      
      
      
   CANDIDATE RATED FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS   
      
      
      
   a)       Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for an RDIMS   
   implementation/rollout in a large government department or agency where the   
   user base is 10,000 or more with RDIMS core applications Hummingbird DM, and   
   1 of the following; ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM, and/or Hummingbird RM.   
      
   b)       Demonstrated experience in applying Government of Canada policy,   
   legislation and directives in the area of the Management of Recorded   
   Information   
      
   c)       Demonstrated experience in change management/ Business   
   Transformation principles, methodologies, and strategies with respect to   
   implementation activities in the context of RDIMS.   
      
   d)       Demonstrated experience in change management/Configuration   
   Management principles, methodologies, and strategies with respect to   
   implementation and in-service support activities in the context of RDIMS.   
      
   e)       Demonstrated experience in presenting IM/IT related issues to   
   Senior Management.   
      
   f)        Demonstrated experience with RDIMS Implementation project(s) with   
   a duration of more than 6 months full time equivalent as a Project Manager,   
   Implementation Manager, or Business Analyst.   
      
   g)       Demonstrated experience with GC RDIMS Implementation projects with   
   a duration of more than 6 months full time equivalent as a Project Manager,   
   Implementation Manager, or Business Analyst.
