   a)       10+ years demonstrated working experience as an Application

   environment with RDIMS core applications (Hummingbird DM, and 1 of the   
   following; ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM, Docs RM)   
      
   c)       Minimum of 5 years experience as an Application Architect   
   (technical) with RDIMS core applications (Hummingbird DM, and 1 of the   
   following: ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM, Docs RM)   
      
      
      
      
      
   CANDIDATE RATED FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS   
      
      
      
   a)       Demonstrated experience with application analysis, design,   
   development, testing, conversion, documentation, reporting and capacity   
   planning   
      
   b)       Demonstrated experience as an IM/IT technical lead/manager   
      
   c)       Demonstrated experience with the management of applications /   
   systems throughout their lifecycle.   
      
   d)       Demonstrated experience with technical migrations   
      
   e)       Demonstrated experience with Oracle and SQL Server   
      
   f)        Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following: UNIX,   
   HP-UX, NT.   
      
   g)       Demonstrated experience with client server implementations   
      
   h)       Demonstrated experience with Internet/Intranet business   
   applications   
      
   i)         Demonstrated experience with the Government of Canada Information   
   Systems Environment   
      
   j)         Demonstrated experience in presenting IM/IT related issues to   
   Senior Management.   
      
   k)       Demonstrated experience with creating, maintaining and reviewing   
   technical documentation   
      
   l)         Demonstrated experience with RDIMS architectural solution   
   projects with a duration of 6 months or more full time equivalent as an   
   Application Architect   
      
   m)      Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years ) architecting and   
   implementing an RDIMS solution.   
      
   n)       Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years ) evaluating Hummingbird   
   DM Workflow, Hummingbird Enterprise Workflow, and Open Text BPM for an   
   architectural solution using implemented RDIMS DM component   
      
   o)       Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years ) with Entrust PKI   
   integrated to an RDIMS architectural implementation   
      
   p)       PC Docs DOCS Open/Hummingbird certifications   
      
   q)       Demonstrated experience  (minimum 3 years ) architecting RDIMS   
   solutions that include multiple libraries and utilize VMW   
      
   r)        Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years ) providing solutions for   
   RDIMS implementations that include Official Records, ATIP access, and RM   
   functional authority access to all information. Must explain how these   
   requirements were met with the component technology
