   CANDIDATE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS   
      
      
      
   a)       Minimum of 10 years experience as a Business Analyst   
      
   b)       Minimum of 5 years as a business analyst with RDIMS core   
   applications (Hummingbird DM and 1 of the following; ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM,   
   Docs RM   
      
   c)       Minimum of 5 years experience in a development or operational   
   document management environment.   
      
      
      
      
      
   CANDIDATE RATED FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS   
      
      
      
   a)       Demonstrated experience with application analysis, design,   
   development, testing, conversion, documentation and reporting as it relates   
   to IM/IT.   
      
   b)       Demonstrated experience with writing functional specifications   
      
   c)       Demonstrated experience with leading IM/IT focus groups/workshops   
      
   d)       Demonstrated experience with test scenario software; development,   
   functional testing, data and application correction   
      
   e)       Demonstrated experience in presenting IM/IT related issues to   
   Senior Management and dealing with clients and project teams   
      
   f)        Demonstrated experience with creating, maintaining and reviewing   
   functional documentation in the context of document & Record management   
      
   g)      Demonstrated experience with a number of RDIMS Implementation   
   projects with a duration of more than 6 months full time equivalent as a   
   Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Business Analyst.   
      
   h)       Demonstrated experience developing and implementing a controlled   
   vocabulary and thesaurus   
      
   i)         Demonstrated experience performing Business Process Analysis in   
   the context of RDIMS.   
      
   j)         Demonstrated experience in applying Government of Canada policy,   
   legislation and directives in the area of the Management of Recorded   
   Information.   
      
   k)       Demonstrated experience in change management principles,   
   methodologies, and strategies with respect to implementation activities in   
   the context of RDIMS.   
      
   l)         Demonstrated experience in communications principles,   
   methodologies, and strategies with respect to implementation activities in   
   the context of RDIMS.
