   a)       Minimum of 5 years experience as a System and design Analyst   
      
   b)       Minimum of 4 years application design and systems integration   
      
   c)       Minimum of five (5) years' related experience in IT as a   
   programmer/analyst   
      
   d)       Minimum of 5 years experience as a system analyst with RDIMS core   
   applications (Hummingbird DM, and 1 of the following: ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM,   
   Docs RM)   
      
      
      
      
      
   CANDIDATE RATED FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS   
      
      
      
   a)       Demonstrated experience as a Programmer using Visual Studio .NET   
   (ASP.NET and/or C#. NET)   
      
   b)       Demonstrated experience with RDIMS DM Extensions and WebTop API   
      
   c)       Demonstrated experience with N-tier implementations in C# .NET   
      
   d)       Demonstrated experience with RDIMS prototype development,   
   integration testing and analysis in a testing environment   
      
   e)       Demonstrated experience with IM/IT applications/systems   
      
   f)        Demonstrated experience with Oracle and SQL 2000 Databases   
      
   Point Rating:   
      
   g)       Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following: Windows   
   Server 2003, UNIX, HP-UNIX, NT   
      
   h)       Demonstrated experience with Internet/Intranet applications   
      
   i)         Demonstrated experience with Government of Canada Information   
   Systems environment   
      
   j)         Demonstrated experience with creating/maintaining/reviewing
