   Microtime requires a Risk Management Specialist at a very senior level for a   
   government client.  This is a long term contract until March 31/09, with   
   scattered work hours and tasks.   
      
   This position requires someone who can develop a training program,   
   facilitate training, coach existing personnel as required and assist with   
   integrating the risk management plan into action.  Some work will be at the   
   client's facilities, but some will be offsite.  This will not be full hours   
   until March, but scattered days and hours through the remainder of the year.   
      
   Candidates need not be bilingual.   
      
   Requirements:   
   . Minimum 10 years risk management or 5 years risk management + 5 years   
   facilitation experience;   
   . Minimum 5 years development and delivery of risk management training  in   
   the public sector;   
   . Minimum 20 years experience with Public Sector operations and management;   
   . Qualification in Internal Audit (CIA or CCSA) or minimum 5 years as an   
   Internal Auditor/Manager/Director in the Public Sector;   
   . Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
