   Microtime requires two (2) procurement specialists for a government client   
   to assist with developing and implementing Information Technology (IT)   
   procurement strategies in support of ongoing operational requirements.   
      
   Responsibilities:   
   The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for the following activities:   
   . Work with the procurement section manager to develop and implement   
   strategies to administer incoming workload, coordinate procurement   
   allocation, facilitate procurement activity and manage client expectations;   
   . Develop and maintain procurement activity schedules and reports;   
   . Assess requirements and assist in requirement sourcing and the   
   identification of commodity procurement vehicles;   
   . Monitor procurement activities and liaise with clients; and   
   . Prepare supply requisition and acquisition documents and performs other   
   related procurement activities.   
      
   Mandatory Requirements:   
   . The proposed resource must have a minimum of 10 years current experience   
   advising on procurement and sourcing strategies for Government of Canada   
   clients;   
   . The proposed resource must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the   
   past four years working with Supply Arrangements and Standing Offers in   
   creating and developing RFP's, SOW's, Assessment Tools, Rating Guides and   
   contracts for IT related goods and services ensuring consistency with   
   federal government contracting policies and regulations;   
   . The proposed resource  must demonstrate  within the last three (3) years,   
   a minimum of 3 specific projects that demonstrate experience managing the   
   following components of procurement projects:   
         . Project planning, organization and control;   
         . Cost analysis;   
         . Strategic planning;   
         . Managing concurrent multiple RFP's;   
   . The proposed resource must have experience in the last 3 years working on   
   a minimum of 3 projects, developing statements of work, detailed evaluation   
   criteria and rating guides as part of an RFP team.
