   ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:   
      
      
      
   A minimum of five (5) years experience in facilitating events and workshops.   
      
      
      
   A minimum of four (4) years experience in the strategy, design, development,   
   delivery, and analysis of public consultation projects.   
      
      
      
   A minimum of three (3) years experience in designing and delivering training   
   activities.   
      
      
      
   A minimum of three (3) years experience in qualitative and quantitative   
   analysis and the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis software.   
      
      
      
   A minimum of three (3) years experience in developing and managing online   
   consultations.   
      
      
      
   Experience in managing participant recruitment and developing recruitment   
   guides.   
      
      
      
   Experience with employee engagement in an international context.   
      
      
      
   Recent experience in working with the Federal Government.   
      
      
      
   Excellent communication and writing skills.  (Please provide a writing   
   sample of a previous plan, strategy or report.)   
      
      
      
      
      
      
      
   COMPUTER SKILLS:   
      
   Word, Word Perfect, Internet, and Outlook are essential.   
      
      
      
   SPSS, NVivo or equivalent data analysis software skills are an asset.   
      
      
      
      
      
      
      
   ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:   
      
   -          Experience in the Federal Government   
      
   -          Recognized engagement/public involvement certification   
      
   -          Graduate degree
