   Senior Oracle Designer/Developer Forms   
      
   The requirement is to conduct the architectural design and development and   
   provide functional enhancements to a current production business   
   application.   
      
   The proposed resource will perform the following tasks:   
      
   Initial Contract (2008/09 to 2009/09)   
   - write data requirements, functional specifications and system   
   documentation   
   - design screen and report layouts   
   - Develop PL/SQL utilities to data imported from users entering data on a   
   separate portal application   
   - Develop forms   
   - Develop Stores procedures and/or database triggers   
   - Conduct ongoing maintenance and support of production system, ensuring   
   maximum application availability during peak processing periods   
      
   Option Period (2009/09 to 2010/03)   
      
   - Update existing Oracle forms (developed using Designer)   
   - Conduct ongoing maintenance and support of production system, ensuring   
   maximum application availability during peak processing periods   
      
   - Provide additional maintenance and support to end users as required   
   - Plan and participate in the decommissioning of obsolete application   
   features   
      
      
      
         Requirement   
      
         A minimum 5 years recent and comprehensive experience (in the last 6   
   years) using Oracle Designer to model and generate both database server   
   models and program code.   
      
         A minimum 5 years recent and comprehensive experience (in the last 6   
   years) programming Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages.   
      
         A minimum 5 years recent and comprehensive experience (in the last 10   
   years) developing Oracle Forms applications.   
      
         A minimum 3 years recent and comprehensive experience (in the last 5   
   years) developing Oracle Web Form applications.   
      
         A minimum 5 years recent and comprehensive experience (in the last 6   
   years) writing data requirements, functional requirements, test plans, and   
   end-user documentation.   
      
         A minimum 3 years recent and comprehensive experience (in the last 5   
   years) deploying applications in the Oracle Application Server 9i/10g   
   environment on UNIX.

         Recent and comprehensive experience developing and maintaining Object   
   Libraries (OLB) and Templates (FMB) for generated Oracle Web Forms   
   applications.   
      
         More than five years experience developing Oracle Forms applications.   
      
         Recent and comprehensive experience both formatting and programming   
   Oracle Reports.
