   a seasoned GUI Developer with experience in Enterprise Software Product   
   development in a Java Environment.  This company offers excellent

   THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   
   - Working closely with the technology team to design, develop, test and   
   deploy GUI for Java-based solutions   
   - Applying best practices and creating optimum, high performance human   
   interface experiences   
   - Developing specifications and estimates, and documenting as required   
   - Optimizing code to meet performance metrics   
      
      
   THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:   
   The ideal candidate understands the importance of software presentation,   
   has a preference for working on the user interface layer, and relishes   
   the idea of applying both technical and asthetic skills.   
      
   - Has demonstrated ability to understand strategic business requirements   
   - Is creative and wants to focus on bulletproof GUI development   
   - Experience in development and understanding of Java applications   
   - Posesses solid JavaScript/jsp skills and experience   
   - Is energized by a dynamic environment   
   - Experience working with Open Source technologies is a plus   
   - Experience with multiple Java Application Servers is a plus   
   - Experience working on multiple platforms (Windows, Unix/Linux,   
   Mainframe) is a plus
