   Candidate Mandatory Requirements   
      
      
      
   a) must have demonstrated 10+ years of this experience   
      
                                              OR   
      
   5+ years of this experience with one of the following certifications: SNIA   
   Certified Professional (SCP) or SNIA Certified Systems Engineer (SCSE) or   
   SNIA Certified Architect (SCA) or SNIA Certified Storage Networking Expert   
   (SCSNE).   
      
      
      
   b) must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) different projects, within the last   
   five (5) years, in which the proposed resource has demonstrated experience   
   in delivering an IT security awareness program for organizations.
