   Title: Project Manager / Civil Engineering -   Barrie   
      
      
   Duties and Responsibilities:   
      
   Your primary responsibilities include managing the design and   
   construction of civil, municipal and environmental projects and the   
   preparation of proposals for new work.   
      
   Preparation of proposals and fee estimates for design projects in the   
   Civil, Municipal and Environmental Disciplines   
   Supervise design and CAD staff, including scheduling work by this group   
   for other Managers and departments   
   Manage multi-discipline design projects   
   Review and approve billings for projects, manage budgets, etc.   
      
   Qualifications:   
      
   P.Eng. registration (or eligible) with a minimum of seven years of   
   Municipal Engineering design and project management experience of   
   roadway, storm water and sewer design projects.  Experience in land   
   development projects is an asset.   
   Exceptional writing and presentation skills   
   Proven ability to manage projects and budgets   
   Excellent interpersonal skills
