   Programmer / Analyst   
      
   The proposed Programmer / Analyst must possess:   
      
   1.                                a minimum of five (5) years as a   
   Programmer / Analyst, of which a minimum of two(2) years was acquired   
   working on business application systems development project(s);   
      
   2.                                a minimum of 2 years of experience in   
   developing/programming Web-based business applications with VB.NET using MS   
   Visual Studio.Net 2005 or 2008 tools and framework;   
      
   3.                                a minimum of 2 years of experience in   
   working with MS SQL-Server 2000 or higher database in the development of   
   business applications.   
      
      
      
   System Analyst   
      
   The proposed System Analyst must possess:   
      
   1.                                a minimum of five (5) years as a System   
   Analyst, of which a minimum of three (3) years was acquired working on   
   business application systems development project(s);   
      
   2.                                a minimum of 2 years of experience in   
   designing Web-based business applications with VB.NET using MS Visual   
   Studio.Net 2005  with a SQL DBMS   
      
   3.                                2 years experience using Rational Clear   
   Quest   
      
   Application / Software Architect   
      
   The proposed Application / Software Architects  must possess:   
      
    1. a minimum of five (5) years as a System Analyst, of which a minimum of   
   three (3) years  was acquired working on business application systems   
   development project(s);   
      
   2. a minimum of 2 years of experience in  Web-based System Architecture for   
   business applications with VB.NET using MS Visual Studio.Net 2005 or 2008   
   tools with a SQL Server Backend   
      
   3. a minimum of 2 years experience using Rational Clear Quest.   
      
   Project Manager   
      
   The proposed Project Manager must possess:   
      
      
      
   1.                                       PMP / PMI Certified   
      
   2.                                       Minimum 3 years progressive project   
   management experience   
      
   3.                                       Experience using Rational Too set   
   for System documentation Rational Tool set, Clear Quest, Method Composer,   
   Modeller Requisite Pro:
