   Microtime is looking for an Applications Architect for a new government   
   contract.   
      
   Our client needs an Applications Architect to provide another perspective on   
   some key decisions in IT architecture.  This individual will also need a   
   strong background and experience in SOA and web   
   services/SOAP/REST/WSDL/UDDI/API/modularization/isolation/separation   
   techniques in both services and information models. The individual would   
   need a strong background at all levels i.e. from the conceptual level to the   
   physical (developer) level.
