   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
      
      
   We are seeking an experienced, business astute Program Manager for our   
   client's ongoing Enterprise Insurance Management projects.  Bringing a "big   
   picture" approach, candidate will be an integral part of the EIM project   
   team and will manage and coordinate multiple project activities.  This   
   position requires in-depth experience in dealing with the business,   
   technical, and interpersonal challenges of managing interdependencies   
   between projects including negotiating for shared resources.  Individual   
   will manage project resourcing, scheduling, estimating, budget monitoring   
   and status reporting.  In addition, candidate will be accountable for timely   
   delivery of all project management and team deliverables and lead project   
   issue, risk and conflict resolution activities.   
      
      
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
      
      
   To be considered, candidates must have experience as a Program Manager on   
   large business led operations / business transformation projects greater   
   than $35 million.  Experience in direct dealings and interactions at all   
   levels of the organization including Senior Executive and ability to affect   
   and deliver the business objectives, demonstrating excellent analytical,   
   planning, and project management skills as well as adeptness in user   
   acceptance testing, business acceptance signoff and systems implementation.   
   Candidate will have excellent oral, written and administrative skills,   
   including effective reporting and presentation skills for a diverse   
   audience, and ability to foster positive working relationships and teamwork   
   including both business and technical resources, maintain/encourage open   
   lines of communication between groups/functional areas/team members, and   
   negotiate for and share resources with others to get things done.  A strong   
   understanding of financial analysis and principles of project cost   
   estimating analysis, and ROI.  Preference will be given to individuals with   
   knowledge of the insurance industry, in particular with Social Enterprise   
   Management (SEM) software / claims management solutions.
